Lors de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation<\/strong>, ils vous permettront de retrouver confiance, force et mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Am\u00e9liorer la flexion, marcher normalement, renforcer les muscles cl\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9conisations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Progression vers la marche sans b\u00e9quilles si le genou est sec et compl\u00e8tement \u00e9tendu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9lo sans r\u00e9sistance pour am\u00e9liorer la flexion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press sur un pied (unipodal) \u00e0 50 % du poids corporel, en tempo contr\u00f4l\u00e9 (6 sec mont\u00e9e\/descente)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sch\u00e9ma de marche : haies basses, marche arri\u00e8re sur tapis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcement du verrouillage : exercices debout avec \u00e9lastiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qu\u2019il faut retenir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le verrouillage actif est essentiel pour le&nbsp;<strong>ligament crois\u00e9 en r\u00e9\u00e9ducation<\/strong>&nbsp;: il s\u2019agit de contracter volontairement la cuisse pour garder le genou droit et stable, notamment en appui. Exercice pour la mobilit\u00e9 du genou, pas d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ajouter une forte r\u00e9sistance.
