Vous pouvez v\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9cision en demandant \u00e0 l\u2019athl\u00e8te d\u2019effectuer<br>une s\u00e9rie \u00e0 un niveau d\u2019effort sous-maximal juste inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec musculaire et noter les<br>r\u00e9p\u00e9titions en r\u00e9serve.
