FTSST) ou  10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions : plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la force<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un chronom\u00e8tre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une chaise sans accoudoir, hauteur de 43, 3 \u00e0 44, 5 cm et profondeur de 38 cm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plaquer le dos de la chaise contre un mur pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le patient est assis au milieu de la chaise, dos droit, pieds largeur d&rsquo;\u00e9paule, bras crois\u00e9s sur la poitrine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire une d\u00e9monstration pour le patient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire essayer aux patients 1 ou 2 essais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le patient utilise ses mains pour se lever, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition n&rsquo;est pas comptabilis\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le patient doit se rasseoir compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9p\u00e9tition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le patient doit faire le maximum de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition en 30 secondes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;examinateur compte \u00e0 haute voix le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Normes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WOMEN<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Femme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 \u2013 64 : entre 12 et 17 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 \u2013 69 : 11 \u2013 16<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 \u2013 74 : 10 \u2013 15<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 \u2013 79 : 10 \u2013 15<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 \u2013 84 : 9;
