mandibulaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les freins m\u00e9niscaux sont constitu\u00e9s par les fibres du muscle (freins courts et longs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ligament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9nisque : structure fibro-cartilagineuse non attach\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;os sur lequel s&rsquo;ins\u00e8re le pt\u00e9rygo\u00efdien m\u00e9dial, le mass\u00e9ter et le buccinateur\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accroches du m\u00e9nisque :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fibre courte profonde : temporo-m\u00e9niscale et mandibulo-m\u00e9niscale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fibre longue superficielle : <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Ligament lat\u00e9ral externe emp\u00eache la propulsion de la machoire vers l&rsquo;avant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Le pt\u00e9rygo\u00efdien lat\u00e9ral permet au m\u00e9nisque de bien se positionner sur la t\u00eate du condyle. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le mass\u00e9ter est trop spasm\u00e9, c&rsquo;est souvent le signe que le pt\u00e9rygo\u00efdien est en class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9quilibre de l&rsquo;ATM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permet une bonne occlusion, une bonne ventilation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9pend de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre musculaire, des joues, de la langue, des l\u00e8vres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prendre en compte : l&rsquo;os temporal, l&rsquo;os hyo\u00efde, la mandibule, le rachis cervical, les m\u00e9nisques et les ligaments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le fascia du mass\u00e9ter est directement li\u00e9 au trap\u00e8ze : un traumatisme au niveau de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule peut entra\u00eener des r\u00e9percussions sur l&rsquo;ATM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;os temporal (\u00e9caille, rocher, masto\u00efde, apophyse zygomatique) a une action dans la mastication, la phonation, l&rsquo;audition et le vestibulaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 id=\"dysfonction-de-latm\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dysfonction de l&rsquo;ATM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cas de manque de coordination entre les 2 articulations, le disque peut \u00eatre endommag\u00e9 ou d\u00e9plac\u00e9, ce qui emp\u00eache le fonctionnement normal et harmonieux : on parle alors de trouble ou de dysfonctions de l&rsquo;ATM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le disque a la particularit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre soutenu par des ligaments qui sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des expansions musculaires. Il absorbe les pressions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prendre en compte l&rsquo;articulation controlat\u00e9rale en de dysfonction de l&rsquo;ATM : si l\u00e9sion d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, la compensation de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 entra\u00eenera un risque accru d&rsquo;usure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les acouph\u00e8nes peuvent \u00eatre li\u00e9s \u00e0 la dysfonction de l&rsquo;ATM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une dysfonction de l&rsquo;ATM peut avoir des r\u00e9percussions sur la clavicule, le sternum, l&rsquo;\u00e9paule. En cas de douleur de la cheville, la cha\u00eene ascendante peut avoir une r\u00e9percussion sur l&rsquo;ATM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parafonction : pr\u00e9disposition \u00e0 m\u00e2cher plus d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 va entra\u00eener le d\u00e9veloppement du mass\u00e9ter c\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel qui va entra\u00eener une rotation de la mandibule. Donc dans le bilan, on va demander de quel c\u00f4t\u00e9 m\u00e2che le patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure
