La fibrose pulmonaire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Maladie moins fr\u00e9quente que l\u2019asthme, BPCO, emphys\u00e8me. Dans cette maladie, les gens vont se plaindre de dyspn\u00e9e progressive avec de la toux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fibrose se passe au niveau des alv\u00e9oles pulmonaires. Des irritants chroniques vont stimuler une r\u00e9action inflammatoire avec des cytokines, macrophages, neutrophiles. Apr\u00e8s inflammation, il y a r\u00e9paration o\u00f9 des cellules appel\u00e9es fibroblastes viennent d\u00e9poser des fibres de collag\u00e8nes entre les alv\u00e9oles et les vaisseaux capillaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de fibrose pulmonaire, cette r\u00e9action de r\u00e9paration est inappropri\u00e9e et exag\u00e9r\u00e9e, ce qui provoque un \u00e9paississement de la membrane alv\u00e9o-capillaire, donc une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9changes gazeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de fibrose, le temps de traverser du globule rouge est plus long et il a juste le temps d\u2019\u00eatre capt\u00e9 par l\u2019Hb, ce qui permet une oxyg\u00e9nation du sang. Mais en cas d\u2019effort physique, l\u2019O2 n\u2019a plus le temps d\u2019atteindre le globule rouge, il s\u2019ensuit donc une hypox\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CO2 risque-t-il de s\u2019accumuler dans le sang&nbsp;? Non, car le CO2 est 20x plus soluble dans un liquide que l\u2019O2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la fibrose, le comportement est l\u2019inverse de l\u2019emphys\u00e8me. La fibrose est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des petits poumons resserr\u00e9s par des forces d\u2019attraction des fibres collag\u00e8nes. Des poumons qui ont du mal \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019inspiration.
